Dennis DeYoung has in the past voiced his displeasure in A&M releasing the Styx volume. At the time, Styx had no "Greatest Hits" release, and this CD was essentially Styx's greatest hits, except for Lady which was not released on A&M. It was felt that a greatest hits release that didn't have the title "Greatest Hits" could confuse the fanbase.
