I checked the concert in Shawinigan on June 25th, it looks like LaPointe will be there. Oh well, when I'm old and gray I'll be able to say I've seen it live once. Un bon retour dans le passé avec Dennis DeYoung! Il a gardé la même puissance de voix et sa forme physique lui permet d'avoir beaucoup de mouvance sur la scène. J'ai passé une soirée vraiment enlevante, me rappelant de bons souvenirs, à l'époque à laquelle la musique rock était notre pain quotidien. Le soutien extraordinaire de l'orchestre symphonique apporte une autre dimension musicale et l'heureux mélange des genres créer une osmose surprenante. L'auditoire se laisse aisément transporter par les rebondissments inattendus des agencements et des modulations de violons et de guitares électriques. Bravo Mister DeYoung pour cette belle prestation. Vous avez réussi à nous rendre très heureux hier soir! Canada has been quite kind to Dennis and he is returning the favor by doing several more concerts up there. He also has a number of concerts this summer in the US. Just a small remark: He's wearing the same clothes that he had on the T.V. show in Montreal on Tuesday. Is he running out of clothes?? (LOL) Heading to Quebec City tomorrow for both shows.
