Chicago vs. Chicagoland

I saw Dennis at the Taste (which is the only reason I would go. Wayyyyyy too crowded for me). Terrific show.

As for Chicago pizza, there are soooooo many great pizza places in Chicago. Just remember there, deep dish rules (though I prefer thin crust).

I do know Dennis will be playing Lisle later this year...

Yes it is to crowded , there's a bunch of festivals in the burbs ! Giordando's is really good and there all over Chicagoland . They have both thin and thick crust ! I'm a thin crust eater myself ..........

(The reason I'm up so early is , I have sinus cold and I'm having tea ..)

Well, those fat Chicago pizzas would get so weighed down I doubt it would even cross Indiana.

However, a delicious NY-style.......

LOL! Love the visual.

I talked to my girlfriend on the phone last night and, without my prompting, she mentions that we'll have to go out for what? Pizza and hot dogs!

Poor girl didn't know why I was laughing so hard. :-) I had to explain.

Unfortunately for you Ron, I'll have to wait on those NY Pizzas for maybe next year. It's not too far to drive from Montreal someday. Hopefully, the Cloisters at the Met will still be waiting for me! :-)

If you like mexican food , We have'nt talked about the Killer Burrito's yet !

CG :-O

Coming from a predominately fishing village, my food choices are pretty bland. Spices don't sit well with me, unfortunately.

I'll stick with the pizza and hot dogs!
