How to stay mindful of portion sizes without a scale?

I’m trying to lose weight by being more mindful of my portions, but I’m terrible at "eyeballing" quantities. I need something that can look at my plate and tell me if I’m actually eating a single serving or way more. Is there an app that helps with visual portion control?
