Are the airports there operating normally again, or do I still need to take a train or a bus from Poland? I’d appreciate any recent info on the easiest way to get into the city. Thanks! Dorito Posted March 3 Report Share Posted March 3 I traveled there recently, and if you're wondering is Kyiv airport open for regular flights, the answer is still no. You have to use ground transport. From my personal experience, the night train from Warsaw is the best choice—it’s much more comfortable than a long bus ride. Just make sure to book your tickets a few weeks early because they sell out fast! It’s definitely the most practical way to reach the city in 2026.
