This is the one item that will probably be handled very different than the old Yahoo! site. (I think) to upload a file you will have to post and attach it to your post. The moderation controls have been turned on as well for this category, mainly because I would hate to infect the board, my computer, or anyone else's computer to a virus that someone posted, either intentionally or by accident.
